From boardroom meetings to large conferences
Woolhanger Manor and Music Room is perfectly suited for a wide variety of corporate events, from small exclusive boardroom meetings to large conferences (max capacity 150), exhibitions or team building exercises. The venue offers peace and tranquillity as well as complete privacy and seclusion.
We have a variety of rooms and outdoor space for hire from the Music room, the medieval annexe, the Red Room as well as the semi-walled garden and manor terrace and gardens.
Our team of first class suppliers can supply all your event requirements from Audio Visual equipment to catering and venue dressing. Alternatively, clients are welcome to use their own suppliers in order to ensure the event runs smoothly. Woolhanger’s in-house Events Manager will provide support wherever necessary to help co-ordinate the event, for example overseeing supplier site visits and deliveries or organising additional activities (horse riding, fishing, clay pigeon shooting, hawk walks, deer stalking etc.)
The venue is set in beautiful gardens on the edge of Exmoor and all bookings will have access to the Manor’s tennis court. The venue is easily accessible by road and has ample parking facilities (100 spaces).
Prices for room hire vary from £500 for a small business lunch to £3000 to hire the venue in total for a day. However due to the flexible nature of the venue all events will be quoted for on an individual basis dependent upon timing and scale of the event – please contact us to discuss your booking and prices.
